Chicago, IL (October 1, 2009) – The 2009 Catholic Festival of Faith will have a dozen different inter-generational experiences happening on Saturday, October 17.  Parents and children are invited to the Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont, to create, explore, learn and celebrate their Catholic faith together as a family.

The day’s fun events include hour-long workshops at 10 a.m., 1 and 2:15 p.m. to “make-and-take” symbols of the Catholic faith.

Additionally, parents and children will be invited to explore a giant display that includes interactive activities on Catholic missionaries around the world and take part in a special Festival “Treasure Hunt” that is designed to help participants locate the riches of the Catholic faith.
